Dear Selastine,

Creep strength is the ability of a metal to withstand a constant force at elevated temperatures. At elevated temperature, material with small grain size will be prone to phenomenon of grain boundary sliding (as smaller the grain size, the larger will be the total boundary surface area per unit volume). Therefore material with larger grain will give better creep properties.

According to my (little) knowledge:

Small grain size→ high hardness, tensile strength, yield strength

Intermediate grain size → high toughness, good fatigue properties

Large grain size→ high creep strength, ductility

Creep is different failure mode, creep strength will be better as the grain size increased. The reason behind such behavior is that as the grain becomes coarse, grain boundary area will be minimized.
