[MW:10867] CLEANING OF BOILER TUBES

Dear experts,

We have boiler which operates with fuel gas. Now we have opened firebox for an inspection and found all the tubes were with ashes sticking on them. So we have informed them concerned to have compete cleaning and offer it for inspection.

While cleaning the tubes with the wire brush the technicians had to inhale the ashes which is dangerous to the health and if we clean them with the water refractory gets damaged.

Now I would like to know the best method to clean the boiler tubes without any saftey issues at the same time the tubes should be cleaned thoroughly so that efficiency of the boiler can be maintained.

Thanks in advance.
Regards
Ilangkumaran
