I suggest to go with F7P8 because he is asking for pwht also further filler shall be EH 14 because it contains higher Mn to provide good impact properties

Dear Experts,
We are going to qualify welding procedure of following details
1. Welding with
· GTAW with ER70S2
· SMAW with E7018-1 &
· SAW
2. Heat treatment after welding at 620°C @ 200min
3. Impact testing after heat treatment at -46°C
Kindly advise on filler metal & Flux combination for SAW process to achieve impact properties after heat treatment.
Can F7A8 EM12K will this serve the purpose…!!
