Yes,
I think you are refring to same supporting PQR only for the both thickness ranges.
 
For E.g, If you have qualified a PQR with a thk of 8 mm with impact test.
 
Your qualification ranges in the WPS will be
 
8 to 16 mm (WIth Impact test)
5 to 16 mm (Without Impact test)
 
You can write both the reading in the WPS.
