Ti To Cs welding is not compatable
Generally Ti lining (sheet ) is being screwed with CS, You can refer AWS welding Hand book Vol 4 for the joint configuration Which will clear your doubts

Dear Friends,
-- There is a requirement mentioned in our client spec about Titanium to Carbon steel welding(Attached picture have more details).
I searched for literatures on this and I found that by normal fusion welding process is not recommended.
1. Is there any way,welding can be done between Titanium and carbon steel?
2. If YES or NO(on both case), please send a evidence document to confirm(like ASME,ASTM).
This is very urgent requirement.
