[MW:10789] Drying treatment on electrodes coated stainless steel (E316L)

I would like to help one of their colleagues in relation to compulsory
treatment for drying of coated stainless steel electrodes (E316L) as
well as the electrodes type E7018. There is a bibliography of ESAB
determines that such treatment at 225 ° C for 1.5 hours. Someone could
tell me if it proceeds? Or just be a good practice of drying the
welding consumables?

Thanks
